Job Title: Director, Subscriber Growth for Apple TV+

About the Role:

The Director, Subscriber Growth for Apple TV+ will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition and retention for Apple TV+. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve the subscriber experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive subscriber growth strategies aligned with Apple TV+'s overall business objectives
  • Lead efforts to acquire qualified subscribers through direct and third-party channels
  • Develop strategic programs and optimization initiatives to enhance subscriber retention and engagement
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention in a fast-paced, competitive environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in video streaming, subscriber growth, digital marketing, or related roles within the media and entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of driving subscriber acquisition and retention
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
