Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development of fresh branding, positioning, and marketing plans for our next phase of product and business evolution at Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have SaaS marketing experience, including designing innovative campaigns and managing multi-functional marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the development and execution of new enterprise SaaS marketing strategy
  • Managing the development of new branding and positioning
  • Collaborating with our data team to design customer segmentation and analytics platforms
  • Managing our marketing budget and tracking KPIs
  • Compiling comprehensive pre-launch and post-mortem reports
  • Developing clear communication systems for internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience owning and executing marketing strategies that drive growth
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience marketing technical SaaS products
  • Experience writing professional business documents and proposals

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Experience developing creative
  • Product marketing experience
  • Enterprise SaaS marketing experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Media industry experience
  • Familiarity with content marketing
  • Passion for podcasting and the media industry in general with an understanding of emerging trends and innovations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
