Head of Video Marketing Strategist

As the Head of Video Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive video marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue for Apple's video business. This includes leading a team of video marketing strategists to plan, develop, and execute campaigns across Apple TV+, transactional movies and TV, native channels, and federated video apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a video marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue for Apple's video business.
- Lead a team of video marketing strategists to plan, develop, and execute campaigns across Apple TV+, transactional movies and TV, native channels, and federated video apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, paid media, and development teams, to align approach to business objectives.
- Manage the budget and approach for paid media on Connected Devices, working with the media team for execution and with partner marketing to ensure a coordinated strategy with earned media.
- Develop and manage partner marketing tools, creative assets, pitch decks, and events to generate excitement for Apple TV+.
- Maximize studio partner marketing value for the transactional (EST/VOD) and channels business.
- Provide timely updates to senior leadership on campaign status, key learnings, and performance metrics.
- Inspire, lead, and grow a team of highly skilled video marketing strategists.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of relevant film and TV consumer marketing experience in the video streaming space in a subscription marketing or service marketing capacity.
- Experience in launching and managing full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, in partnership with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong record of designing and delivering efficient performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong presentation skills and experience crafting presentations for senior leadership.
- Highly strategic and analytical, data-driven approach to recommendations and problem-solving.
- Deep industry knowledge across global markets of media and entertainment, and a keen observer of industry trends.
