About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth to join our team at MeUndies. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-level growth marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive ROI.
  • Oversee relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure alignment on goals and successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Manage and integrate various marketing channels, including Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, OOH, and OTT, to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Implement various testing methodologies (A/B, Lift, multivariate, etc.) across ads, audiences, and landing pages and perform quantitative analysis to recommend a go-forward plan.
  • Work with the team to deliver innovative creative briefs that produce effective ads, ensuring best practices are met, generating new concepts, and communicating findings in a way that leverages ad creative to improve channel performance.
  • Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels for maximum impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital channels.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies, particularly in Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, OOH, and OTT.
  • Excellent track record of achieving performance marketing goals with an analytical approach to decision-making and experience managing multi-million dollar monthly media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep familiarity with tracking and measurement solutions, a thoughtful perspective on attribution methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities; confident under pressure and grows and learns from challenging experiences; understanding of interpersonal and group dynamics with the ability to react in an effective manner.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.
