About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Senior Associate or Manager to join our team at MeUndies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth through paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Director of Growth to craft and execute paid media strategies that drive new customers and members.
  • Identify and recommend new media and technology solutions through management of RFP processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and apply relevant testing opportunities.
  • Oversee agency partners to execute across paid channels and manage campaign and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative creative briefs and testing roadmaps.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, and develop internal processes to improve efficiency of communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of agency or in-house experience managing paid channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with Google, Affiliate, Podcast/Audio, and Creator/Influencer channels.
  • Performance-led experience, optimizing towards specific goals (CAC, ROAS, CAC/LTV).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance and identify longer-term trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to cater language to the audience as appropriate.
