Job Title: Growth Marketing Operations Specialist

Apple is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Growth Marketing Operations Team. As a Growth Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives in innovative environments. You will work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, driving awareness and engagement of Apple's services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational plans, deliverables, and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
  • Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity and identify and communicate issues to internal teams.
  • Identify key opportunities for improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency, and processes, and product tooling.
  • Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives in innovative environments.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Braze, Oracle Responsys.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
