Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Account Manager to join our team at One Workplace. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining executive-level relationships with key business stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationship building, cold and warm calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of One Workplace's products and services and incorporate them into the sales process.
  • Market visibility and awareness of key industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and value through collaborative problem-solving and timely response to client requests.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of business practices, pricing, and discounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
