**Job Summary**
ProActivate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Seattle market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and prospects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive base salary of $45k - $85k, depending on experience
- Performance-based SPIFs for the first 6 months
- Realistic total compensation of $125k in the first year, with potential for $175k+ in the second year
- 100% paid medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and partial pay for family
- 3% company match on 401k

- Cell phone allowance and mileage reimbursement
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
