ProActivate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Seattle market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive base salary of $45k - $85k, depending on experience
  • Performance-based SPIFs for the first 6 months
  • Realistic total compensation of $125k in the first year, with potential for $175k+ in the second year
