Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Heritage Environmental Services team, the Account Representative I will be responsible for driving business growth and development through outside sales, new business acquisition, and account management. This role will focus on supporting the company's revenue and profitability goals by building strong relationships with assigned accounts and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing accounts
- Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer needs
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
