Sales Manager for Central Region

Echo Falls Seafood is a leading provider of specialty seafood, frozen, and value-added seafood products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales growth and expand our customer base.
- Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and brokers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and category managers, to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or foodservice operations.
- Proven track record of sales success and customer relationship building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
