At Core & Main, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the water and wastewater treatment industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with customers, and manage a team of sales professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to join our organization and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, a deep understanding of the water and wastewater treatment industry, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the water and wastewater treatment industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including municipal and industrial clients
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry
  • A strong understanding of the water and wastewater treatment industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and revenue
  • Experience managing a team of sales professionals, including hiring, training, and developing talent
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
