Position Title:
Legal Education Records Coordinator

Position Overview:
This role is integral to the administration of the Law School's records and registration processes. The Legal Education Records Coordinator will report directly to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards while enhancing the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Records Management: Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Registration Coordination: Manage the registration process for students, including the preparation of materials and handling inquiries.
  • Examination Administration: Coordinate all aspects of the examination process, including scheduling and grade collection.
  • Communication: Prepare and manage official correspondence related to student status and academic achievements.
  • Graduation Oversight: Ensure that all graduation requirements are met and coordinate commencement activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an academic setting.
  • Familiarity with registrar functions and academic policies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
