Key Responsibilities:
- Execute communication and outreach tasks on behalf of the Farm Bureau.
Responsibilities include coordinating events, public outreach, assisting with educational activities, engaging with members, managing social media accounts, and publishing articles for the Farm Bureau newsletter.
Essential Duties:- Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding Farm Bureau initiatives
- Research, draft, and submit articles for the newsletter
- Sustain an active social media presence on key platforms
- Develop and implement outreach strategies as directed by the Board of Directors
- Assist with educational programs as required
- Organize activities and documentation for board meetings, including timely notifications, meeting minutes, and agenda preparation.
- Collaborate with Committee Chairs, Executive Officers, and Board members on projects and organizational matters- Act as a positive liaison among supervisors, staff, volunteers, and partner organizations
- Collect and process member advertisements for the newsletter
- Update membership databases and conduct data analysis
- Manage membership information and payment processing for renewals
Additional Responsibilities:

- Perform other duties as assigned
