Our RDIWorks division is on the lookout for a skilled Sales Engineer to enhance our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. As a prominent player in the industry, our RDIWorks team collaborates with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and large enterprises, providing them with reliable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both inside and outside sales activities, diligently documenting efforts in our CRM system and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales initiatives with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with existing clients for technology lifecycle management, strategic planning, and sales opportunities.
  • Drive growth in network security and recurring revenue through proactive sales strategies.
  • Execute outreach to both new and existing customers to promote our technology solutions.
  • Coordinate with various departments, including IT, to ensure product availability and maintain profit margins.
  • Assess client needs, understand their objectives, and design tailored solutions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
  • Prepare and present project proposals for recommended products and services.
  • Work closely with the IT team to determine technical specifications and assist in pre-sales engineering.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and product education, while also facilitating post-sales assistance.
  • Build strong relationships with vendor partner sales teams for enhanced collaboration.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including trade shows and conferences, to promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional B2B sales with a proven track record.
  • A passion for selling technology solutions and improving business operations.
  • Willingness to learn about hardware, software, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce, ConnectWise, ZoHo, or Autotask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create graphs and charts for business intelligence.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and products through independent research.
