Position Overview:
We are considering candidates currently located in or around the designated area. This position requires three days of onsite work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the completion of business and technology projects while ensuring adherence to established budgets and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business unit personnel, analysts, and architects.
- Ensure compliance with project management governance across multiple projects.
- Generate project schedules, identify staffing needs, and manage vendor procurement.
- Report project status to stakeholders and management.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain project tracking and analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Be part of a team responsible for all aspects of project governance, assessment, management, and control.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in working within a project governance structure.
- Ability to engage and educate teams across business and IT.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing client expectations and implementing service improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing system integration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Extensive experience in planning and tracking significant projects.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
