About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Suddath Van Lines, Inc. as a Final Mile/Home Delivery Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Final Mile/Home Delivery vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture new customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Support and execute our Go to Market strategy to increase market share and customer diversification
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of business development experience in a relevant sales role
  • Proven track record of developing prospects and securing new clients
  • Strong understanding of the Final Mile/Home Delivery market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
