Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at OneDigital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients within the existing client base of OneDigital and direct to target organizations
  • Set up and lead client discovery and proposal calls, involving senior leaders as needed
  • Develop and maintain CRM database, working closely with marketing resources
  • Collaborate with practice leaders and recruiters to understand capacity and availability of consultants
  • Participate in business development efforts, including events, campaigns, and prospect meetings

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience selling technology-related products or services to companies with over 2,500 employees
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully selling technology services with a long sales cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to negotiate fair and equitable prices
  • Knowledge of client-side resource needs for cloud technology implementations
  • Above all, must be dogged and self-motivated
