Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses in designated territories.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for designing and delivering live sales presentations, developing relationships with individual businesses and the community, and positioning the Comcast brand as a key component of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Sell with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Territory Development: Develop sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations. Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Customer Retention: Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience. Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention; work with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepares sales and activity reports, as required.
  • Communication and Presentation: Attend out-of-office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills and skill in presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5-7 Years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of sales and business development principles.
