Business Development Sales Representative

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and take on the challenge of expanding business in a competitive market.
This role requires someone who is self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're a natural-born hunter with the ability to close deals and forge strong business relationships, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their business needs are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential deals.
- Present product solutions to clients alongside technical and engineering teams.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, terms, and conditions for compressor sales packages.
- Monitor market trends, identify key competitors, and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our technology.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 35 years of experience in sales, ideally within rotating/static machinery or a related industry.
- A proven track record of success in new business development and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Excel.
