Sales Executive

As a Business Development Representative at Michael Page, you will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and lead generation. You will manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale, while managing your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new. You will search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources, and build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates. You will conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates, mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office, and have an involvement in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals. You will also negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in sales or recruitment, experience with client prospecting/lead generation, and a proven track record of success. They will have successfully built and maintained strong relationships with a client or candidate base, and have experience with cold outreach via calling, email, and LinkedIn. They will be high-energy, determined, and resilient, with a result-oriented mindset and a strong desire to be a top performer within a winning team.
