Job Overview

Silver Brick Sales Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new relationships with key decision-makers at top accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a full-cycle inside sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into close deals and achieve sales quotas.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
