Position Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: Based on Experience

Role Summary: The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of Isei Consulting, LLC. This position encompasses a variety of clerical and administrative responsibilities that support our dedication to delivering high-quality service within the healthcare staffing sector.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversees and directs the activities of clerical staff at Isei Consulting, LLC.
  • Provides guidance and training to new clerical personnel to ensure alignment with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles telephone communications, efficiently screening and redirecting calls as necessary.
  • Welcomes and assists visitors and clients, embodying the values of Isei Consulting, LLC.
  • Maintains and organizes company-specific filing systems for quick access to important documents.
  • Retrieves and supplies information as requested, utilizing records, emails, and other pertinent documents. Prepares detailed written summaries when required.
  • Addresses and resolves administrative inquiries, enhancing internal communication efficiency.
  • Coordinates and schedules essential activities, including travel, meetings, and appointments for the management team.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for company meetings meticulously.
  • Records and distributes minutes or other essential documentation following meetings.
  • Monitors office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and arranging for equipment maintenance.
  • Maintains a clear system for tracking expenses and managing petty cash distributions.
  • Assists with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, reflecting the commitment to clear and effective dialogue.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, paired with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of clerical functions, including recordkeeping and filing, tailored to the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently while embodying the values of autonomy and accountability.

Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree required; candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred.
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or staffing environments.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while engaging with a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 15 pounds.
