Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversees and guides the activities of clerical staff at Isei Consulting, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles telephone communications, effectively screening and directing calls as necessary.
  • Warmly welcomes and assists visitors and clients, embodying the values of Isei Consulting, LLC.
  • Manages and maintains filing systems specific to Isei Consulting, LLC, ensuring quick access to important documents.
  • Retrieves and supplies information as requested, sourced from records, emails, meeting minutes, or other relevant documents. Prepares detailed written summaries when required.
  • Addresses and resolves administrative inquiries, enhancing efficiency and quality in internal communications.
  • Coordinates and schedules essential activities such as travel, meetings, and appointments for the management team at Isei Consulting, LLC.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings at Isei Consulting, LLC with meticulous attention.
  • Records and distributes minutes or other critical documents following meetings.
  • Monitors office supplies, ensuring availability and arranging maintenance for office equipment.
  • Maintains a clear system for tracking expenses and managing petty cash distributions.
  • Contributes to additional related tasks as assigned by management at Isei Consulting, LLC.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, reflecting Isei Consulting, LLC's commitment to clear and effective dialogue.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities combined with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.

Experience Requirements:

  • An Associate degree is required; preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for experience in the healthcare or consulting sectors.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while engaging with a computer.
  • Capable of lifting items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
