The Customer Remediation Lead Analyst is a pivotal professional who remains informed about advancements in their field and contributes to strategic direction by applying insights to their role and the organization. Acknowledged as a technical expert in a specific domain within the enterprise, this role necessitates a foundational understanding of commercial dynamics. Typically, there are several individuals within the organization who possess the same level of expertise.
Effective communication and diplomatic skills are essential to guide, influence, and persuade others, particularly colleagues from different departments and occasional external clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ This role encompasses individuals responsible for various data-related tasks, including database oversight, data evaluation, maintenance, data integrity, and database architecture or design engineering.
+ The primary focus is on resolving intricate issues or transactions, where specialized knowledge is required to interpret policies, guidelines, or procedures.
+ Individuals at this level typically have complete ownership of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products and may also serve as analytical or procedural authorities representing a unit or team on cross-functional processes or project deliverables.
+ May oversee the daily activities of junior team members.
+ Appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, demonstrating particular regard for the organization's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of relevant experience.
+ Background in a quantitative discipline.
+ Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
+ Comprehensive understanding of the consumer lending sector, customer lifecycle, and profit and loss management.
+ Experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization techniques.
+ Professional experience in the Financial or Credit Card Industry.
+ Proficiency in analytical tools (such as SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS) and methodologies (including regression, CHAID, simulation).
+ Familiarity with big data and machine learning technologies (such as R, Python).
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

$125,000 - $188,640.00
