Position Overview

Our esteemed international banking client, a leader in the Fortune 500, is in search of a Senior Vice President to enhance their expanding Policy Governance and Management team.

Key Responsibilities

This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting various business units by:

  • Developing, reviewing, and auditing the company’s framework, policies, process flows, risks, and procedures.
  • Managing the Policy Documentation through its entire lifecycle, which includes development, review, approvals, publication, and communication.
  • Evaluating one-pagers and presentations to assess triggers, stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
  • Collaborating with Process Owners to draft policy documents, gathering insights from diverse stakeholders.
  • Continuously reviewing and updating policies in response to evolving business processes and landscapes.
Governance and Controls

The Senior Vice President will also be responsible for:

  • Creating procedural implementations, controls, and change management processes in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure robust governance and controls.
  • Assisting in the rollout of the Platform Operating Model and maintaining regular communication with department heads and managers.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • CISA, CISSP, or CRISC and ISACA certifications.
  • Professional proficiency in Excel.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, technology risk and control, legal, audit, or corporate governance.
  • A solid understanding of the policy lifecycle.
  • Experience within the banking or financial services sector.
  • The ability to implement feedback in real-time.
