Position Overview

Insight Global is in search of a Senior Vice President to enhance our expanding Policy Governance and Management division. This pivotal role will focus on providing comprehensive support to our client's business units by developing, assessing, and validating the organizational framework, policies, processes, risks, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Oversee the entire Policy Lifecycle, which includes drafting, reviewing, securing approvals, publishing, and communicating policy documentation.
  • Evaluate one-pagers and presentations to identify triggers, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners to draft policy documents, gathering insights from diverse stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and revise policies to align with evolving business processes and industry landscapes.
  • Develop and implement procedural controls and change management processes in collaboration with relevant teams to maintain effective governance.
  • Assist in the rollout of the Platform Operating Model and maintain regular communication with department heads and managers.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, technology risk and control, legal, audit, or corporate governance.
  • In-depth understanding of the policy lifecycle.
  • Experience within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Ability to implement feedback promptly.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC from ISACA.
  • Proficient in Excel.
