Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication regarding project status, creative assets, and overall project process.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, leveraging creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Agency Representation: Effectively represent Dentsu's interests, selling agency strategies, creative ideas, and points of view to clients.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management experience in a creative agency setting.
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
