About the Role

The Account Manager - Brand Partnerships role is a critical position that serves as a center of excellence for post-sale programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Sales Team to activate post-sales campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving renewal through successful campaign management.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Sales Team to accurately and effectively activate post-sales campaigns
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and drive renewal through successful campaign management
  • Serve as the main point of contact in delivering on clients' objectives and KPIs, successfully coordinating end-to-end execution and optimization of client campaigns
  • Leverage knowledge of the client, industry, and The Information to identify solutions to overcome client challenges and encourage renewals strategically
  • Work across departments to foresee obstacles and proactively ensure the success of programs
  • Lead all client communications for post-sale execution, including details on campaign timing, assets, and contracts
  • Develop and present recommendations and POVs that drive innovation for the business
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in media account management and white-glove client services
  • Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple, deadline-driven, projects with cross-functional groups at the same time
  • Highly detail-oriented individual
  • Basic understanding of digital media planning, performance, and ad operations
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive thinker who looks for ways to improve efficiency and solve challenges
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • NY or SF based

Salary Range: USD Annually $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
