Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Signs of Success, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll time cards, certified payroll reports, and accounts payable. They will also be responsible for purchasing raw materials, compliance, safety, and equipment maintenance tracking and data entry. Additionally, they will support contracts management, buyouts management, and weekly reporting. The Accounting Specialist will work closely with the controller and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll time cards and certified payroll reports
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Purchase raw materials
  • Compliance, safety, and equipment maintenance tracking and data entry
  • Support contracts management
  • Buyouts management and weekly reporting
  • Clerical filing, data entry, errands, and assist with phones
  • Support yearly and quarterly tasks
