Job Description

American Heritage Lending, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Executive to join our team in a call center environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential mortgage brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with prospective mortgage brokers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through active listening and effective communication, and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, and provide accurate and timely information about our products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion, and achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using CRM software, and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly; self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; basic knowledge of Non-QM lending products, including Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, and Fix/Flip loans.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM software and Encompass/LON.
