Position Summary
We are currently seeking a contract Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director of Model e, EVs, Integrated Services, Digital & Design Communications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Executive Director operates efficiently and effectively within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the Executive Director's calendar, ensuring effective time management and organization of meetings.
  • Coordinate and optimize travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and organized.
  • Facilitate communication by triaging messages and correspondence, keeping the Executive Director informed of important updates.
  • Adapt to the preferred working style of the Executive Director, providing tailored support to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with the Executive Director and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Proficient in administrative procedures and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
