Piper Companies is seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Executive Support Specialist will be responsible for leading projects and assisting with the daily operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the daily operations of the office of the Executive(s) they support.
  • Act as an extension of the Executive(s) as an informational funnel, filter, and facilitator with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess all inquiries directed to the Executive(s), determine priority and the proper course of action.
  • Act as the point of contact for the Executive(s) leadership team, triage all incoming requests for appointments/time and ensure that the calendar is aligned with priorities of the organization.
  • Build and run cadence for internal and external meetings, including material creation, distribution, and follow-up.
  • Track high-priority initiatives for the Executive(s) to identify any potential obstacles.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the Executives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably supporting high-level executives and strategic projects.
  • Advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; extra credit if s/he can generate light analytics from given data sets.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with ease.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 -- $45/hr - $50/hr.
