Client Services Manager Job Summary

The Client Services Manager plays a critical role in supporting our vending programs by providing exceptional customer service and analyzing business performance to drive growth and profitability.

This position is responsible for:

  • Assisting in operational set-up and expediting day-to-day service problems
  • Preparing Executive Summaries, proformas, and conducting financial analyses to inform business decisions
  • Developing and executing new programs to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and contract renewals

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of service business/account management experience
  • Proven financial analysis skill set and excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making in interpreting, developing, and applying new methods and policies
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with PowerPoint software experience a plus
