About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts with local Fortune 500 customers, building and nurturing relationships with customer leaders, and delivering state-of-the-art solutions in areas such as infrastructure modernization, multicloud architecture, security transformation, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position WWT capabilities and service offerings with client business and technology objectives.
  • Manage one or more accounts in a specific area.
  • Act in a consultative fashion and be regarded by customers and partners as a trusted advisor.
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams to develop business-relevant solutions for customers and partners.
  • Develop and execute account strategy.
  • Lead high-impact teams of inside sales, technology specialists, and consultants.
  • Create and drive sales campaigns from discovery to close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-making leaders at targeted clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and forecast accurately.
  • Develop and lead local Client Manager resources.
Requirements
  • Candidates must live in/around Minneapolis, MN.
  • 5+ years of account management experience in a relevant industry with large commercial or enterprise customers.
  • 3+ years of experience managing/leading a sales book of business ($10M+ in revenue).
  • Highly regarded at technical levels; data center preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
  • Track record of successful solution selling.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Previous management experience preferred.
