Job Summary

Paladin Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our National Client Services Department, you will be responsible for managing the life of a client ticket for service or repair. This role encompasses a range of duties, including project coordination, customer support, and technical service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client tickets from intake to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technicians to dispatch and schedule service calls, taking into account travel time and on-site requirements.
  • Process technician requests and verify work completed, including call status updates, customer quotes, and material ordering.
  • Update and maintain call status within 2 business days of the scheduled service date, with accurate and detailed event notes.
Requirements
  • Established experience with MS Office products, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work on location and maintain a clean, orderly, and properly lit work environment.
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year or more of experience in a call center, customer service, or relevant environment, showcasing computer use and exceptional communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with MS Excel and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Proof of continued education, such as certifications or associate's degree.

Salary Range: $21- $25 DOE
