Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and collaborative leader to become a part of the Global Partnerships & Channels team as a Territory Partner Seller. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance and expand our business with Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build partners within the US Commercial East market.
This pivotal and strategic position necessitates a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a proactive 'get it done' mentality. Success hinges on executing a plan to cultivate and accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem within the US Commercial Digital business, particularly with our key accounts, while focusing on generating new partner-driven opportunities. You must be a highly motivated team player with experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, capable of establishing strong relationships at senior levels. A proven track record of delivering results and achieving objectives is essential. You will demonstrate robust business insight, possess exceptional communication skills, and effectively engage with leaders in the Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build alliance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a Partner go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Area Sales leadership to drive sales growth through partners in the US Commercial East Area.
• Make a significant impact within your initial days on the job. Be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of business growth and sustainability in a competitive and evolving marketplace.
• Implement the Partner Sales strategy for your Area and the Global Partnerships & Channels Ecosystem Operating Model.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow partners to generate new business within existing accounts, explore new markets, and secure new ServiceNow logos, while ensuring successful project delivery in a defined territory.
• Motivate and liaise with individuals at all levels of partner relationships.
• Possess political savvy, a strong understanding of business dynamics, and the ability to identify key decision-makers.
• Partner with marketing to plan and execute events aimed at driving new revenue.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
• A strong preference for candidates located in Boston or NY/NJ.
• A proven history of surpassing sales and partner revenue targets.
• Sound business acumen; thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• A strategic mindset capable of blending consulting and business strategy to create compelling plans for new partner initiatives.
• Experience in developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships successfully.
• Comfort with complexity and the ability to think on multiple levels of abstraction, demonstrating critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with partners in the SI, Reseller, MSP, and ISV sectors.
• A demonstrated ability to drive significant influenced revenue through partnerships.
• Comfort in collaborating with various internal teams, from individual contributors to senior executives, while maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
