Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all planning and performance efforts for the IT & Digital sector and the Strategy & Results Management (SRM) office.
- Foster a proactive culture centered on quality and excellence.
- Ensure that performance agreements and commitments are in line with the strategic priorities, goals, and objectives of IT&D and SRM.
- Champion continuous process enhancements to boost efficiency, achieve outstanding results, and maximize organizational capacity.
- Guarantee timely and high-quality completion of MBRs and all other executive reports.
- Identify and act on opportunities for performance enhancement throughout the organization.
- Develop decision-making models that facilitate informed choices.
- Proactively address reactive behaviors to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate organization-wide events, coordinating with stakeholders at all management levels, managing supporting teams, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Explore innovative solutions to complex challenges, providing strategic insights to empower our teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Over 7 years of experience in planning and performance within the IT sector.
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, skills, and competencies.
- Demonstrated experience in creating executive reports for C-suite executives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Background in managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
Work Location:
This position allows for a flexible work arrangement, primarily remote with occasional in-office requirements.
