Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and collaborative professional to take on the role of Territory Partner Seller within our Global Partnerships & Channels division. This position is crucial for accelerating the growth of our Consulting & Implementation, Reseller, Service Provider, and Build partner networks in the US Commercial East market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive Partner go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Area Sales leadership to enhance sales growth through partnerships in the designated region.
• Achieve impactful results within the initial phase of your tenure, demonstrating a strong focus on success and outcomes.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of business dynamics in a competitive landscape.
• Implement the Partner Sales strategy tailored for your area, aligning with the Global Partnerships & Channels Ecosystem Operating Model.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow partners to drive new business opportunities in existing accounts and new markets, while ensuring successful project delivery in your territory.
• Engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations.
• Exhibit political savvy and a keen understanding of business to identify key decision-makers.
• Partner with marketing teams to orchestrate events aimed at generating new revenue streams.

Qualifications:

• A proven history of surpassing sales and partner revenue targets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset capable of integrating consulting and business strategies to create compelling partner initiatives.
• Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships effectively.
• Comfort with complexity and the ability to think critically across various levels.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in fostering relationships with partners in the SI, Reseller, MSP, and ISV sectors.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue through partnerships.
• Willingness to travel as required.
