Head of Post-Sales Strategy

DynaTrace Software GmbH is on the lookout for a strategic and innovative leader to take on the role of Director of Post-Sales Portfolio Management. This pivotal position within our leadership team will focus on steering the development, management, and enhancement of our service offerings aimed at boosting customer engagement, retention, and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Direction: Formulate and implement the strategic vision for our service offerings, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market dynamics, and client requirements to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Service Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of our service offerings, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to define, develop, and launch new services while improving existing ones.
- Market Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new service offerings, encompassing pricing, packaging, positioning, messaging, and sales support to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
- Client Interaction: Foster relationships with clients to gain insights into their needs, challenges, and feedback regarding service offerings, utilizing this information to enhance and optimize the customer experience.
- Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of service offerings, leveraging data analytics to derive insights, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and measure overall success.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of service offering managers and specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to facilitate their success and career advancement.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive efforts in delivering value to clients and achieving business objectives.
