Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Telcom. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Needs Assessment and Consultative Selling:
    • Assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their business requirements
    • Develop and present customized sales proposals to customers
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date on Telcom's products and services
    • Understand the features and benefits of our offerings
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in outside field sales
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Superior listening and problem-solving skills
    • Consultative selling and needs assessment skills

Working Conditions:

  • Door-to-door sales to qualified leads
  • Evening and weekend work required
  • Valid driver's license needed

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $40,000 - $42,000 (plus uncapped commissions)
