Job Overview

At Team DeLuz, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling new and used vehicles to customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, while explaining fully the product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Test Drives: Offer test drives to all prospects, following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customers prior to test drives.
  • Utilization of Sales Tools: Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up system to ensure efficient sales processes and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction, while maintaining a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales.
  • Professional Development: Attend product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager, ensuring ongoing knowledge and skills development.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess a strong understanding of automotive products, features, and benefits, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
