Your Role in Our Success

As a Sales Frontline Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Upholding and implementing sales policies and standards while representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Consistently meeting sales targets by effectively closing Frontline transactions daily.
  • Exhibiting a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Training, assessing, and guiding the performance of Frontline sales representatives.
  • Actively participating in daily sales meetings.
  • Recruiting and onboarding future sales associates.
  • Potentially leading group sales presentations.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications for Success
  • Preferred experience of 1 to 3 years in sales at Wyndham.
  • Experience in managing sales teams is highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain production standards.
  • No travel required beyond the local area.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a College Degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

The target compensation for this role ranges from $250,000 to $300,000, inclusive of salary, commissions, and bonuses.
