About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at Avis Budget Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers at our airport rental counters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process rental contracts and identify customer needs
  • Effectively upsell our offerings and services to enhance the customer's travel experience
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers

  • Minimum commission guarantee or actual commission, whichever is greater, for the first two months

Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  • Professional, engaging personality
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
