Wyndham Destinations is seeking a Sales Manager

Are you enthusiastic about vacation ownership and skilled in sales management? Wyndham Destinations is in search of a committed Sales Manager to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee sales policies, meet objectives, and guide sales personnel towards success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the company's ethical standards and professionalism
  • Meet daily sales objectives
  • Exhibit a high standard of professionalism
  • Train and assess sales staff
  • Engage in sales meetings
  • Recruit prospective sales team members
  • Deliver group sales presentations
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Wyndham sales preferred
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; College Degree is preferred
  • No travel outside of the home site area is necessary
