About the Role

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
  • Present a professional image and character in appearance, words, and actions, embodying the Four Seasons brand.
  • Participate in all retail department events and promotions, driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
  • Build positive relationships with guests, homeowners, coworkers, and vendors, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Strive to achieve personal quantitative goals, including sales volume and units per transaction.
  • Embody the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai standards, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in physical store inventories, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards, creating an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on all communications, ensuring seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Perform all necessary daily store operations, including cash and bank management, floor security, POS transactions, stockroom organization, and floor replenishment.
  • Process merchandise deliveries in a timely manner, remerchandising the selling floor as needed to maximize sales and visual appeal.
Requirements
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
  • Ability to accurately read and work with a variety of computer systems.
  • Possess one to three years of previous retail sales experience.
  • A sincere willingness to perpetuate the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai philosophy of Aloha and Ho'okipa, promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere among staff, peers, guests, and residents.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Capability of multi-tasking and functioning well under pressure.
  • Able to set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
  • Possess a high work ethic and sense of integrity.
  • Works with a sense of responsibility and purpose for the roles filled within our team.
  • Has a keen eye and interest for fashion, visual merchandising, and the details of merchandise presentation.
  • Weekend and holiday availability required.
