Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Record orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system to ensure seamless service.
    • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and complete.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve a variety of menu items, including sandwiches, pizza, soups, and salads.
    • Follow established cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements to ensure the highest quality food and a safe working environment.
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues that may arise.
  • Guest Relations
    • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues in accordance with restaurant policy.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 14 years old and fluent in English.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant or cashier experience.
