Wyndham Destinations is seeking a Sales Manager

Are you enthusiastic about vacation ownership and possess a strong background in sales management? Wyndham Destinations is in search of a committed Sales Manager to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee adherence to sales protocols, drive performance to meet objectives, and provide guidance to sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the company's ethical standards and professionalism
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism
  • Train and assess the performance of sales staff
  • Engage in sales strategy meetings
  • Identify and recruit prospective sales associates
  • Deliver group sales presentations
  • Perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with Wyndham preferred
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; College Degree is preferred
  • No travel outside of the local area is necessary
