David Evans & Associates Inc., a leader in the fields of transportation, water resources, environmental services, energy, land development, marine services, and surveying, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance our California operations. This role can be based in various locations within California. The position is integral to our corporate marketing team, focusing on supporting business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive team player, skilled in client engagement and proposal management, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering client-centric marketing assistance within the California sector, catering to both public and private clientele.
  • Collaborating with marketing and business development teams to foster client relationships and craft proposals.
  • Conducting market analysis to gain insights into client and market demands.
  • Overseeing the creation of proposals, Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and marketing materials in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Working alongside teams to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Maintaining the CRM system, ensuring accurate marketing and client contact records.
  • Supporting client teams in conjunction with client leadership.
  • Effectively partnering with the shared marketing services team to assist other regions as needed.
  • Leading strategies for trade shows, award submissions, and conference participation, including the development of branded materials.
  • Contributing to social media content and website updates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in professional marketing services within the A/E/C sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and CRM databases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid graphics aptitude.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to promote the values of David Evans & Associates Inc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the California client landscape.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision software.
