Our company specializes in providing essential repair components and accessories, catering to both walk-in clients and remote sales through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming communications via phone and email to guide customers in selecting products and placing orders
  • Efficiently create and process customer orders
  • Assist customers directly at the service counter when required
  • Engage in light warehouse duties, including receiving shipments, packing orders, and restocking inventory
  • Prepare and issue quotes for customer inquiries
  • Conduct deliveries and pickups using the company vehicle
  • Represent Backflow Parts USA at select trade exhibitions
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with our customer base

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, customer relations, or similar roles
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Capability to safely lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient in computer applications, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and email platforms
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Mechanical understanding and aptitude
  • Eagerness to learn about the industry and participate in training opportunities
  • Experience with forklift operation is a plus
