Position SummaryUnder the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Social Wellness, the Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities that bolster the marketing endeavors of Marsell Wellness Center.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo excel in this role, the individual must competently execute the following duties, with additional tasks assigned as necessary:
Campaign Development and Implementation:- Assist in formulating marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Generate and manage content for marketing assets, including brochures, emails, newsletters, social media updates, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create high-quality content.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency across all communication channels.
- Conduct research to identify target demographics and industry trends.
- Collect competitive intelligence and analyze competitors' marketing and sales tactics.
- Compile findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and enhance the company’s social media presence.
- Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries.
- Assess social media metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Maintain marketing schedules and monitor project timelines.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare reports for the marketing department.
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking for marketing projects.
- Facilitate communication between various business units.
- Engage with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
